Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
beingbrush is for creating images lawfully and respectfully. The following categories of content are prohibited. Generating them — or attempting to — may result in blocking the request, refunding the credits, suspending the account, and reporting to authorities where required.
Prohibited content
- Sexually explicit content and CSAM. Zero tolerance. Attempts involving minors are reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Graphic violence and gore. Including realistic depictions of injury or death presented gratuitously.
- Hate and harassment. Content that promotes discrimination, dehumanizes groups, or targets individuals.
- Self-harm. Content that encourages or depicts self-injury, eating disorders, or suicide.
- Illegal activity. Instructions or depictions facilitating crimes.
- Real-person impersonation. Depicting identifiable real people without consent, including for sexual or defamatory purposes.
- Copyright infringement.Knowingly generating content that infringes a third party's intellectual property.
How we enforce
Every prompt is screened before generation, and every generated image is screened after. We use nvidia/nemotron-3.5-content-safety as our primary classifier and meta-llama/Llama-Guard-4-12B as fallback. If both are unavailable, the request is blocked (fail-closed).
Content is blocked when the primary or fallback classifier flags it as unsafe across sexual, violence, hate, harassment, self-harm, or illegal-activity categories.
Reporting
To report a violation, email abuse@beingbrush.com with the generation id or URL. We review every report.
