Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the customer portal (linked from your settings page). Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free tier.
Failed generations
If an image generation fails for any reason on our side, the credits debited for it are automatically refunded to your balance. You do not need to request this.
Moderation blocks
If a generation is blocked by content moderation, the credits are fully refunded. If the prompt itself is blocked before generation, no credits are charged.
Subscription refunds
Because credits reset monthly and are consumed immediately, we generally do not refund partially-used billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, or the Service was materially broken, email hello@beingbrush.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve the issue faster. Polar monitors chargeback rates; abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
