Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of beingbrush (the "Service"). By creating an account or generating images, you agree to them.

1. Nature of the service

beingbrush is a web application that lets you generate images using third-party AI models through a browser interface. It is not an API service. We do not offer programmatic access, developer API keys, or any means to invoke the underlying models outside of the beingbrush website. You interact with the Service solely through its user interface.

We hold commercial accounts with each model provider (OpenAI, fal.ai, and others) and route your generation requests through their official APIs under their standard developer terms. We do not circumvent any provider's rate limits, pricing, or acceptable use policies, and we do not expose provider credentials to customers.

2. Accounts & credits

You choose a subscription tier. Each tier grants a monthly credit allotment that resets on your renewal date. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused credits do not roll over.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate sexually explicit content, CSAM, graphic violence, hate, harassment, content depicting real people without consent, or content that infringes a third party's rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

4. Content ownership & license

You retain ownership of the images you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying model provider's terms. By marking an image public, you grant beingbrush a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it in the public gallery. Private images are accessed only by you.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Polar, who acts as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, model availability, or the suitability of generated images for any purpose.
